Local Roots, Global Reach
The geographical scope of this welfare group is commenced locally and extends globally.
Objective A
Community welfare services will be rendered with the help of volunteers in various fields, to the local community and the globe when required.
Objective B
Welfare services will be executed with the assistance of available manpower, technical support and financial resources provided locally by donors.
Working Groups
Each Executive Director (ED) and Secretary brings 5 members in their Working Group, which can grow from 10 to 20 group members.
Functions of Working Groups (WG)
Each Executive Director (ED) shall be responsible for its WG and it consists of the following team:
Executive Director
Leads the Working Group and ensures coordination with the central executive committee.
Secretary / GS / JS / OS
General Secretary, Joint Secretary and Office Secretary roles support the ED and manage documentation.
Group Members
Each WG is encouraged to grow from its initial 5 members to between 10 and 20 active group members.
